my mom is a part-time personal trainer and really enjoys everything fitness related. so i pretty much grew up around bodybuilders and fighters haha.
Why I Love It:
it feels great to be around people who want to improve their health and well-being, its such a lively enviornment at the gym. its very hard to end your work-out! i just want to stay longer! haha. also because im in martial arts and will be fighting in Womens UFC once i turn 18, so i want to not only improve my fighting skills, but i want to have a much stronger and defined body as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think about all the rape victims and the people that get beat to death, and i say to myself, "i dont want to be one of those people". i want to know i can defend myself or at least put up a good fight. im not going down easy.
also....
my moms 52 years old and can dead lift 235 four times sooooo im going to beat her one of these days haha. shes a machine lol.
BB Accomplishments:
i made my high school wrestling team!!
i had inpitigo so i haven't been able to practice for about a week now grrrrr. but im back now!!! :D

Goal (Long):
I've been training in martial arts since I've been 5 years old. It's my life. I want to incorperate bodybuilding along with that, so not only am I a great fighter, but I'll be a strong one as well!
That cool about your mom. Great bicep you have so far. You work hard and with gentics like that. You will ahve a great body in no time. Now go out lift your mom!!
