After I had my fourth child in 2003 and knew it was time to take better care of myself. I started with changing my diet and slowly adding in exercising until eventually I was learning to eat clean and was lifting weights like a pro at the gym. I have had two more children since then and honestly, don't do pregnancy very well! I'm done having babies (as of July 2009) and I'm excited to have my body back to myself for good!
Why I Love It:
It's my favorite stress reducer. I get a "pick me up" feeling after I work out and the energy boost that comes with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I'm having a hard time wanting to get to the gym, I remind myself that if I don't then I won't reach my goals. Sometimes I just have to put on my big-girl pants and get it done whether I want to or not!
BB Accomplishments:
None and I have absolutely no plans to compete. I do, however, plan on becoming a pesonal trainer someday!

I hear ya about trying to put my post-partum body back into shape! I am 4 months out! Are you finding it harder this time around? I am doing pretty good but have a long way to go! Congratulations on your new little one and maybe we can help each other through getting out pre pregnancy bodies back! Take care!
When I saw at one time your profile was inactive I thought you were gone from Bodybuilding.com. I'm glad you're still hear. Good luck with your baby in July. My oldest niece who is 21 just gave birth to a boy.
I haven't been on in a while, sorry, I didn't see this. How cool about the triathalon! Did it already happen? I have to check out your profile. I've been lazy and flabbed up there for a while, but I'm slowly getting the bf down. Slower than I'd like, but hey, lol. LOVE being back in the gym, and that was the last fall from grace I'll give myself! :)
