i lost 20 lbs a few winters ago but for some reason i stopped working out (i think i was satisfied and didn't feel like doing it anymore haha) but now im moving back home and i think it's time to get into shape. ive managed to keep the 20 lbs off but i still have a lot to go...
Why I Love It:
feels good to get something done. FEEL THE BURN!!! i love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
just take a look in the mirror HAHA
BB Accomplishments:
getting started is about the only thing ive accomplished thus far HAHA just u wait :P
i want to look in the mirror and see someone healthy and happy :)
Goal (Long):
first id like to drop 20 lbs cause i have plenty of fat to be rid of. then i want to build a little muscle, nothing serious. just enough to feel good in.
Ouch! Week after Acl reconstruction - worst week of my life (so it seemed). But with time & proper attention I am stronger (both times) than before in 1 year. So, it "heals" in a few months, but I am pushing it to the limit in a year. Bec. I had an allograft, wanted to be extra cautious. Best Wishes... time off will be worth it training later. *smile*
Well, my workouts are great when I can get them in, but with my job, I travel about 1/2 the time, so it's been a challenge for me...! Thanks for the friend add!
Ha! I feel you on that cardio, girlfriend. EVIL, but a necessary evil. I hate it with a passion, but LOVE the way it leans me out. You must learn to have a love/hate relationship with it as well. That and the diet, of course:-)
