Reason: I have known Tuna for a long time, she has always been there for a little kick in the butt whenever I needed it to get into the gym. She has helped me to learn to eat better....She has been a good friend and still is even if I did disappear for a while while I was dealing with some life crap. She was still there when I came back...thank you Tuna.

Reason: LA is one of the nicest, hard working person I know. She has made so much progress in herself. She has shown me that anything is possible. She has been a great friend for so many years. Her strength is unbound and makes me want to do better for myself. Your the best LA....
