I used to workout when I was younger. I stopped once my career and marriage took off. Now that I'm starting over in my new career and my marriage ended, I went back to what I enjoyed the most, workingout.
Why I Love It:
Lifting has always helped me to work out all of the problems that I had to deal with during the day. It helps me to relax and get out any frustrations. I love the burn I get from a really intense workout. I've always been self-conscious about the way I look since I was a kid, I workout to make myself feel better about the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use the past emotional and physical abuse to drive me to be stronger and to look better. I strive to work hard to overcome my current medical condition. I know that if I want to have a happy old age I have to work hard now, otherwise my disability will take over my life.

I've always been interested in bodybuilding since I was a young kid. I never had the discipline or motivation to work towards my goals. I now have the ambitions and motivations to live the lifestyle to make those goals come true. I started to eat better, workout 4x a week and bought a home gym. I have realistic goals and know it will take time.

hey stranger, just maintaining but have been kind of lazy lately. Gonna be starting another cut next week, but not as strict as the last one. So I will be back on track soon. How about you, gotta get back to it too, you will feel so much better about yourself!
Hey don't be too hard on yourself, just keep consistant and watch what you eat. I just took this whole week off and wow I feel ready to go again. I think sometimes we need to give our body a rest... I sure needed it and now I am ready to kick some ass again!
Hey there, I am doing great! No not cutting anymore, reached my 10% bf goal and am just maintaining right now. We go on vacation to Disneyland tomorrow so I am going to have to kick my ass big time when I get back. So I might be cutting again, argh! How have you been?
