How I Started:
I decided to lose fat and gain muscle...then someone suggested I compete, so I did a little research and just did what I was told by people who knew what they were on about...lol
Why I Love It:
I love how my muscles are starting to show through, and how my 12 year old son thinks my calves are looking 'freaky'..haha
How I Stay Motivated:
Weigh myself EVERY day and look at myself naked every night...
BB Accomplishments:
You can see my muscles now - thats an accomplishment for me so far!

Last year i competed in my 1st comp and came 3rd.. I had surgery in Feb 09 and am still recovering, but have started training again, although it be a little differently. A lack of time and also not being able to work chest are my main obstacles :P

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
About 8 - sometimes 6 if its the last set, sometimes 12 if its the first set...
