I got a gym pass and was like "why the hell not?" so the first day I went there, I loved it and I keep going back, Its addicting!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush and I love improving. it makes me feel good about myself. I also love when I look at all the veins popping out of my arms.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking to myself. I'm that much closer to where I want to be when I leave the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
bench 200 by January 2008 bench 45lbs on each side (45lb bar) by september 15, 2007
