Miniard94 I haven't been able to get in the gym in almost 2weeks & I'm down 8lbs :( I'm scared I lost muscle. How fast does that happen?

  • you and i are on the same boat hun.. im trying to gain weight and everytime i step on that freaking scale and my weight is the same or less i get furious..but hey.. keep pushing foward right! lol
