When I Started:
Aug, 2003
How I Started:
My freshman year room mate at college was really into bodybuilding. he showed me the basics. i excelled from the start. i noticed early on that my strength seemed to increase at a much faster rate than my size. being able to lift the same weights as the "big kids" while staying under 170 lbs is incredibly motivating.
Why I Love It:
it breaks up the monotony of classes all day and work all night. plus the adrenaline rush from moving tons of weight in power lifts is incredible.
How I Stay Motivated:
attention from women makes my head big. both of them.
BB Accomplishments:
hopefully I'll let you know after my first power lifting competition this year

hey man . . . just checking in again. And, yes, I STILL think you should look towards competing in '09! Hit me up . . . it would be good to start talking . . . (we're forming the spring competitive team soon, hint-hint . . . )
a stirfry is a great idea! I'm gonna look up some recipes ASAP! thanks for that!
& that's cool that you're a server/bartender too! woo, go us, haha. what type of place do you work at? niteclub, lounge, restaurant? I actually work at a casino, hahah...
Oh, yeah -- and I emptied my PM inbox . . . I get TONS of PM's -- hard to keep track of them all! But for real, let's talk. The semester will be ending soon, and the idea of taking your work "to an athletic level" is still clearly in your head. AND IT SHOULD BE. Ain't it time, with all the work you do, that you entered a sport? Contests for the next few weeks . . . let's talk to see if we can't arrange you getting down to see one. I KNOW you'll get ramped.
Hey man. Glad to finally hear back from ya! The teams are ROCKING. Our first competitor is entering his first contest SATURDAY (so, just let me know if you want to take a trip to check out a contest-- I am SURE you will realize "holy crap! I REALLY AM DAMN CLOSE TO KICKING BUTT!) Meanwhile, sadly, Momentum closed due to financial concerns, but there is hope! I am running the program out of Boston at a "serious" gym in town! Either way -- let's TALK!!!
Hmm, well tons of ppl say that you really start noticing the effects 3-4weeks+ , thats why most people run the full 8 weeks. You running any PCT for it or no?
You running the whole Evolution Stack or just the JW solo? If you think that JW is sick by itself, the Evolution stack will make you crazy. I just started the stack a week ago, crazy strength already!
