How I Started:
I got started while I was in the military deployed in Ecuador. I had worked out off and on for a couple years before then, but I really got serious about it while in Ecuador.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge!!! It improves my life in every aspect.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting short term goals that are acheivable. I make it a point to stick it out until my goal is set by a certain date and then I cheat "just a little" for a weekend and then start all over.
