How I Started:
Throughout high school I always kept myself in shape by playing sports year round. Once graduating I turned to the gym and started with a personal trainer. I learned the ropes of lifting weights, proper form, cardio, and nutrition. I have continued keeping in shape and staying healthy throughout the years.
Why I Love It:
Overall working out makes me feel so good. It gives me energy, boosts self confidence, relieves stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals for myself and focus on certain areas that need work. I also have modeling assignments often that require me to keep my overall appearance in tip-top shape!

Goal (Long):
I want to live healthier and stay fit! As I get older I notice more health issues I need to keep on top of. I have always had back problems from having scoliosis. I have noticed that while working out and maintaining muscle, especially in my lower back, it has helped with the pain caused from this. I also inherited high cholesterol, which forces me to be a little more strict as to what foods I can eat. I know that it is extremely important to keep fitness and nutrition a top priority in my life.

I want to LOSE 5 lb

For triceps, using dumbbells I'll do kickbacks or scull crushers. I may even do dips once in a while. I'll stick to light weight, with high reps. What calf workout has worked best for you?
For calfs, my favorite workout is the seated calf raises. I will usually use a 45lb plate and do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps or until I feel a burn.

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Honestly, I do not workout my forearms with weights. My cardio plays a key role in keeping my arms lean.
