I just wanted to change the way I looked. I want to join the military and I know being in this bad of shape they probably wouldn't let me in!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy!! And it's official, I'm addicted!!
How I Stay Motivated:
God is my first motivation. He gives me the Hope and strength that I need. Also, by logging in to BodySpace everyday and keeping up my stats!! The people here are way more supportive than the actual people I know in person.
BB Accomplishments:
I officially lost about 10 pounds!! :)

I went to GNC, you know just to get some information, because their products are WAY more expensive than bodybuilding.com, I was wondering.  He said that fish oil provides a good fatty stuff, and releases the bad fatty stuff.   Is that true?

Well since my initial loss of weight (about 18 lbs) I've become stagnant, I've plateauted and found it really hard to get motivated, it took so much effort and drive to do what I did to loose that weight and it didn't seem like it was happening fast enough. But after 2 months of nearly nothing happening I'm ready to make those healthy changes permanent and loose the weight no matter how long it takes.
