Turned 30 and felt it was time to get my body into shape. Love looking good and feeling healthy. Tired of moaning about the way I look and the clothes I couldn't fit into.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy looking good and wearing the clothes I want to.
How I Stay Motivated:
Physically seeing the results happen before my eyes. Suddenly clothes I couldn't fit into for two years now fit better than ever. Muscle definition is coming along nicely. I've always wanted a six pack, the two top ab muscles are showing so I know I can do it. My personal trainer is great and probably one of the best things I could do.
BB Accomplishments:
I've dropped two dress sizes in two months. I've now lost a total of 8kg's Muscle definition is starting to show nothing major yet but I have more body fat to get rid of.

I would like to drop body fat down to around 6%(new goal again, thanks for the advice Capetown much appreciated, work on muscle definition. Achieving this with the help of a personal trainer. Started in January 2007. Concentrating on the inches however the kg's drop naturally. Focusing more on what I eat. By August I would like to see something in the mirror I can be proud of.
I had the best work out ever today, I really felt challenged and had break through. It's mind over matter, I found I was enjoying the pain rather than concentrating on it and telling myself this is too difficult and too heavy - I can't possibly lift that weight. I told myself that I can...

You doing a full body circuit or soemthing atm? You can't have that much weight that you HAVE to lose. I'm sure it's more of a "want to" thing. ;) I just made a massive diet change...mostly just to see what happens, but obviously hoping something cool will happen. If worse comes to worse, I'll have at least learned something new. LOL
Over the next few weeks? You doing something new or are you just at the point where little changes in fat make a big difference in appearance? Summer assumptions. :D
LOL, no it was nice out that day. The venue however was hotter than hell and it felt like 110 degrees on stage...ridiculous!! Have a great weekend girlie :)
