I gained weight since my teens. I wanted to loose weight and start to eat healthier. And even thought I lost 20lbs already im ready to continue to better myself.
Why I Love It:
The energy and feeling I get from working out and the peace of mind knowing im doing the best for my body.
Doesn't everyone?
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that only i have control over my body and that if i want it to be good to me I have to be good to it.

This was me 20lbs heavier on my birthday last yr. My face was so round! I had to start eating better!
I lost a lot in my face and stomach. Went down 4 jeans sizes. Im now 138lbs.. 20 away from my long term goal.
The weather is getting nicer and i love it. Can't wait to be able to swim in my pool. Def one of my fav excerises. I can forget the tredmill and run in the park finally. Still attendind my class and still loving it. I also set up that i get healthy meal recipies in my email because i love to...
Hey, well everything is going great, debating if i want to do a few more compitions at the end of the month. how is everything with you looks like your doing great and you look amazing!!!
My progress is coming along.. My diet needs some tweaking still and I can't seem to just fuel with enough carbs leaving me feeling tired most of t.. he day. Maybe it's not enough water *lol*.. who knows. Anyway 5 weeks in and seeing changes.
I am great, i am getting ready for a Bench press competition next weekend. Hopefully everything works well and best of luck with everything keep me posted on how things are going!!!
