Background

When I Started: Jul 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Funny thing actually I was watching Dragonball Z and everyone on there is so damn ripped, cus they're always working out. I thought I'd take a note from them and start my journey. Ever since I've been dedicated to getting bigger and stronger. Just tryin to look like a Greek Statue and be strong like Conan.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the process, eating like crazy (I've always been a healthy eater so this was easy), Lifting till my muscles scream stop, the pain afterwards, and of course the gains in strength and muscle. Every drop of sweat is another step in my journey.

Workout schedule as of 10/3/2010

Each workout is about an hour long sometimes longer if I'm working out with someone. I do each excersise with 3 sets (1 warm up and 2 working sets) adding weight after every set. My warm up set is 10 reps with working sets from 4 to 8 reps at failure. I keep my workout intense working muscles at different angles. I've tried alot of different workouts  and this is the one that works for me. So here is my schedule   Tuesday CHEST My Presses alternate each week from barbell to dumbbell.
