This is my first blog ever. I thought I'd write a little about how I got started lifting more and the progress I've seen so far.
I started working at BBcom in May 2007. Working here was my number 1 motivation to try to put on some muscle! Its great working here with people...

Hey what's up Mike! I've been following a new program for 3 weeks now. It's called 5x5. The Website is www.stronglifts.com. I have gained some good solid muscle doing this and my bicep went from 14 to 14.6 inches and my Quads and Chest have gotten bigger too. I'll try to post progress pics sometime

It was wild, some of the biggest people ive ever seen. Most were very down to earth. I think its going to be an every year thing.
