This is my first blog ever.  I thought I'd write a little about how I got started lifting more and the progress I've seen so far.

I started working at BBcom in May 2007.  Working here was my number 1 motivation to try to put on some muscle!  Its great working here with people...

Hey what's up Mike! I've been following a new program for 3 weeks now. It's called 5x5. The Website is www.stronglifts.com.
