Got started in high school just to look better, still do it just to look better than I would if I didn't, and being healthy is not so bad either.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me look and feel, and I like the challenge - it's simple as that. I hope I can pass on the love to my son, he is only 3, so I figure 2 more years and it's a go :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love it, it is part of me.
BB Accomplishments:
I took second in the medium height class of the only contest I have done so far, I was pretty happy with that, especially considering the guy who won the class also won the show and got his WNBF pro card at the very next show he did, the first qualifying show he did - he was good.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form with too much weight.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Many. Dislocated right shoulder, torn ligaments in the left shoulder, torn muscle in my upper back, dislocated hip 3 times. Those are the major ones, others come and go like forearm issues and such.
Well, I obviously do not keep a good blog, oh well. Training has been good, have made some gains here and there, lost some gains here and there because of nagging injuries - basically just the same as always. I really need to pick a goal to train towards, I feel like I am just going about...
