I like the way it makes me look and feel, and I like the challenge - it's simple as that. I hope I can pass on the love to my son, he is only 3, so I figure 2 more years and it's a go :)

I just love it, it is part of me.
BB Accomplishments:
I took second in the medium height class of the only contest I have done so far, I was pretty happy with that, especially considering the guy who won the class also won the show and got his WNBF pro card at the very next show he did, the first qualifying show he did - he was good.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form with too much weight.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Many. Dislocated right shoulder, torn ligaments in the left shoulder, torn muscle in my upper back, dislocated hip 3 times. Those are the major ones, others come and go like forearm issues and such.
Well, a quick update. I am not doing the spring show I had planned on, I twice had the flu and spent pretty much 4 weeks straight sick and thereby lost my motivation to compete. I probably still had time to get ready but I did not want to have any worries, so I will probably wait till late...

Allen, you look awesome. Your body is right up there if not better than the teens and young adults. You have done an amazing job of maintaining your physique, which means you care about yourself. Thank for the inspiration. Keep up the good work.
hey man great physique you got. I'm looking to cut after my bulk cycle, how do u cut just body fat the way you do. Is there anything out there that helps cut just body fat or is it your dieting?
