When I Started: Nov, 2005
How I Started: I just hated being the skinny guy. Inspiration to bodybuild was never a problem. The diet and training was a problem. Working out 5 times a week, only doing bench/curls and eating twice a day wasnt really the best.

After looking around online, I figured out I need to eat much more calories and train the entire body.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel great and look great.
Cant ask for more than that.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by seeing consistent gains, knowing that im growing constantly.

You need a new diet man to keep the progression coming along. Conditioning wins! Or, at least it does most of the time, haha.
