My best friend started working in a gym and started to bulk up, looking at myself all I saw was a ripped guy in a skinny body and decided to do something about it :O)
Why I Love It:
Something needs to keep me sane lol. Training allows me to focus on improving my health and general wellbeing, as well as the sense of achievement I get once I’ve finished training; knowing the end result of a ripped, lean, powerful body is now one step closer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to reach the size and the definition that I’m aiming for, that’s my motivation. I know with hard work and patience I will get there :O)

I grin and bear it, after a while I get used to the flavour and it becomes easier to eat

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?

I know I was supposed to be off tomorrow but decided I should do half a day, its better than nothing! Thats all I am going to do is gym and exercise. You and your sport! mad for it you are. I haven't changed weight wise so I need to do the exercise - seemed to have got to a blip! you need to have a sports massage loosen you up!
Hi! Yes I've been good but not managed to get to the gym much - I just got in with a pounding head, I started at 8am so I have been out travelling & working for over 13 hours and too tired to do anything! looking forward to the late shift next week - I get to go gym before work that way. I am shattered - been working the weekend and just sat down. So did you watch the grandprix?? traffic was a nightmare round here cos of it! Oh an no I don't have vanessa feltz stuck to my arse but its not pretty! Back on target tomorrow - normal hours and have a long weekend coming up so can train properly. How are your shoulders?
