How I Started:
My best friend started working in a gym and started to bulk up, looking at myself all I saw was a ripped guy in a skinny body and decided to do something about it :O)
Why I Love It:
Something needs to keep me sane lol. Training allows me to focus on improving my health and general wellbeing, as well as the sense of achievement I get once I’ve finished training; knowing the end result of a ripped, lean, powerful body is now one step closer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to reach the size and the definition that I’m aiming for, that’s my motivation. I know with hard work and patience I will get there :O)

I grin and bear it, after a while I get used to the flavour and it becomes easier to eat

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?

Decided not to write a daily blog for days 5, 6 and 7 because there was no change with my lower back, except I did go back to work which was painful but I couldn’t take any more time off :O( BUUUT after only 3 hours sleep last night due to watching the Hopkins v Calzaghe fight at 4am...
