My best friend started working in a gym and started to bulk up, looking at myself all I saw was a ripped guy in a skinny body and decided to do something about it :O)
Why I Love It:
Something needs to keep me sane lol. Training allows me to focus on improving my health and general wellbeing, as well as the sense of achievement I get once I’ve finished training; knowing the end result of a ripped, lean, powerful body is now one step closer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to reach the size and the definition that I’m aiming for, that’s my motivation. I know with hard work and patience I will get there :O)

I grin and bear it, after a while I get used to the flavour and it becomes easier to eat

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?

i thought everything was all good, had a great chest day yesterday, after chilled on the sofa and watched some crap on tv, a couple of hours later got up and felt my lower back tighten up, then the movement went and a sharp pain shoot through my lower spin :O( now a year ago i made my spin...
I'm doing really well now :) My eating's all straightened out, my workout's are going great, and things around here are pretty good...can't really ask for much more, you know? How's everything with you?

soz 4 delayed reply...u better be put pix up of this insane chest development lol. Ive got a suspected torn ligament in my shoulder- out of krav maga action and upper body training until further notice...maybe 2 or so months. It sucks really- ive already got muscle atrophy happening in that arm, its mad. Wot else is hapnin with u?
