What is your cardio exercise plan?
Run Training for an hour on Monday Morning, then Aquasize 1 hour at night time with my workout partner. Run Training at Gym on Wed for an hour (in winter add Wallyball, vollyball in a racketball court, for 1.5 hours at night). Then it's an hour run training at the Gym on Friday morning, followed by 30 min on the recumbant with my workout partner in the evening (she's really not into the run thing...) In the fall I'll be adding Belly Dance on hopefully Monday early...although I guess Aquasize, Wallyball, and Dance are really turning into activities and not exercise...which is good!
Starting tomorrow, on top of this, add biking to work and the gym and adding jump rope between sets...see if some added cardio will help my fat *issue* :) :) :) Run Training for an hour on Monday Morning, then Aquasize 1 hour at night time with my workout partner.
