How I Started:
Like every other kid, I was into computers and video games for a long time. One day I looked into the mirror, got pissed off of how I looked and next day I bought all the equipment I needed, put it in my basement and started lifting. I've lifted on and off since 2004, but got serious in April of 2007.
Why I Love It:
I love the intensity, the pump, and of course the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that each time I hit the gym will only make me stronger, make me look better, and help me stay healthier.

This was taken a week after i seriously stared working out. I weigh 161 lbs with about 14% body fat.
Down to 160lbs with approximately 8% body fat.

I understand your desire to grow, but being cut is more than just an ego boost. Let's you see bodyparts that are lagging, makes you better bodybuilder. 25 lbs of lean mass will look impressive on you bro. You have the right bone structure for it.

Od Avstralija sum. Yeah i was thinking that the repetitious nature of boxing would be good for the upper body, and i was looking into doing some boxing. I guess i'll keep researching about it. Whatever you're doing man keep up the good work..

Right now I'm trying to get more cut for the summer. After that, just a slow clean bulk. Hopefully get to 170-175 lbs or so eventually. Dude if I'd had your looks and body when I was 19 I'd been dangerous LOL
