How I Started:
I got started into working out when I was about 13. And it really did get serious until I hit 15 and I joined the wrestling team in high school. We trained for strength and leverage and then I joined the swim team to se if I could get a good tone. I used to have a decent body.
Why I Love It:
I cant say that I "love" working out as much as I love my cars but I give it the same effort.I guess we will see.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated just by talking to other people I know that work out also. We talk about what hurts and what excercise seems to work best for us and the changes we are going through. And our daily diet.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is to finally get the body I know I could have had before I let my life take over my health.
Ever since I was 15 I have been into high school wrestling, swimming, baseball and weight lifting. I've had my ups and downs with my body. I was a medium build at 135lbs. then skinny at 124lbs and now I wieghed in at 183lbs in august2008. I have managed to feed my muscles but the food is so good at home that I couldnt resist. Now I eat well and have been training for 4 months now and so far so good. I am using a couple of suppliments to help me (side effects suck) but Im working it as best as I can. My boby strength is incredible but I dont look the part. Everyone says that Im too rough for a little guy. My goal is to have the awesome build I never got in the first place.

Ever since I stopped drinking and smoking it seems like everyone else is stuck on being unhealthy and planted to their TV's and computers. They think that I want them to shange their daily habits. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keep in mind how you feel when you are out of shape or hangovers. About diet hey iam eating more, just wiser choices , but on weekends I cheat like there no tommorrow . Iam hooked on chipsahoy cookies, , and to top it off there's is an Italian place down the street from were I live that does the best pizza pies and pastas.

That's good partner , drink alot of water cause of the high protein diet ,my chest is the slowest part to grow , is handicap but I noticed with doing dips is helping me shape it and the incline bench that's all I do for chest , no flat ,decline , it's working so far. everybodys bodys different but our shapes are similar . Not that its useless but focus on form and really dial in your diet and you will get the best results for your body type. Whats more important, How strong you are or how strong you look. Keep in mind a pro bodybuilder is his weakest when he hits the stage, but looks his best.
