Hey bro, i was just on d2jsp and you had a link to bodybuilding =P im starting to lift and run alot im a member of wolrd of fitness.. but i had some questions if you wouldnt mind answering.
in the Gym what do you workout for the week?
do you go chest/tris
back/bi's
like what do you due monday through fri. should i take breaks ?
And you look like your in great shape. do you recomend any type of diets?

Thank you. I decided to change my goal. My main focus right now is to eat healthier, weight 140 and exercise everyday. Are you saying I should focus on my weight training instead of trying to lose weight? What are you goals? How are they coming along?
