Hi Amy, way too long since we last chatted. I visit your page whenever I get a chance to log on and also love your thread, it inspires me to be more and want to do better in the gym. Thanks Amy. We are so busy at work, we run our own biz, and I am now assisting hubby full time. We have 22 staff members...My little girl is turning 4 2mrw 2, big party planned...Chat soon

Thanks girl, I just completed by 5km run on the TM in 32:06, I feel so good. My speed varied from 7-10km/h. What do you eat before running? I had a cuppa coffee and whey pro is it OK?

Hi chica, long time no hear. All is well in my world, been training hard and on CKD. My gym buddy is competing in figure this weekend, so I have been supporting (gruelling training) her for the past month. My body has responded well and I want to start running after her show. I know you do 50-70 miles a week, how much per day? How is your training, when is the next show?

Everything in moderation sister,I only eat it once a week, I maintain my "6 pack" year round and my tum is my fat thermometer. You lookk great, love the AVI

Aplogiesfor the late reply, been busy. Honestly, I have not been as focused on the fitness clothing. I am helping hubby out with his biz. Good luck with your training and diet.. ALWAYS remember, consistency is KEY. Thanks for comment about my daughter, she looks just like her dad. We want her to start gymnastic soon, she loves it too, always tumbling, and jumping all over the place.

I have been killing the legs, training as heavy as I can (Incorporated Smith squats, DB Lunges, knee touching the ground and ensuring that toe does not go over knee on working leg X 5 sets x 20 reps heavy). Split squat, step ups and sumo...KILLER, love it though. We have a similar goal, I want to wear short shorts and also keep my booty come summer. I have also tightened up my diet a bit, low carb, mod fat and high protein, my 6-pack is back :) and I am seeing cuts on my legs.
