When I Started:
Jul, 2003
How I Started:
I just wanted to get big, at the time it was mostly for the attention. Now it's more of a battle against myself, because as you can tell by my profile pic I ain't exactly huge. But I'm gonna keep on going and keep on trying and you never know one day with enough hard work I might just accomplish that dream.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me feel better about myself. I also like numbers so it's interesting aswell. I love trying to figure out sets and rep ranges, I'm always choppin and changing my workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know. That is the truth. Sometimes I do just wanna give up because I'm not seeing the results I want to. But you have to motivate yourself, I guess it's just the fact that I love to compete against others and I find it interesting.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't got any to be honest. I've never really tried to compete and i've never really thought about it. Plus, I live in the UK so it would probably be much harder for me to get in to it. I dont know!
I went running! I went running this morning. I motivated myself enough to get up off my fat ass and go running. Tommorow is legs and shoulders day. I hate working my legs. Anyway, I've just remembered, I wanted to ask if anyone knew what it was that keeps happening when I do a bench...
It looks as though you have an ectomorphic body style which is typically hard to gain alot of mass but there are many ways. Try to really switch up your workouts, shock is the best gainers therapy, eat massive amounts of clean food calories, protein, fats, and carbs. Make sure that your sleep patterns are precise as well! Pm me if you would like some more info! Take care, thanx for the support!
