I was young and curious and my father had brought me to the gym one day and ever since that day I slowly became more and more dedicated!

I love to improve my overall health and lifting makes me feel really good

I always tell people once you have it you wont let it go, therefore my motivation comes from my accomplishments in the gym from then till now.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

Well, there's no rush to compete and it certainly doesn't make sense to sign up if you don't feel ready. Besides, looking like you could compete is probably just as good as actually competing, if you know what I mean. I'm doing okay - still at it, but not serious enough lately to make any real progress. I hope to change that soon!

Just saw the new pictures (after I left the last comment). Looks like you did some bulking over the holidays. Your looking larger and still well-defined. Big difference in your arm especially though I see your weight only changed a couple pounds. Keep up the great work!
