Hey Mike, I think I just figured out why I've got issues with my target area. I'm thinking it is because I'm limited in what I can do for overhead pressing moves. I've gotten up to 25lbs for overhead work but I think that will be it for me. I also noticed dips are almost impossible for me and therefore I do them on the assisted machine. It's that weird weakness thing leftover from my accident. If you have any ideas it would be appreciated.
I've been told time and again that diet is really 75 - 80% of the battle! I've been using a Tanita scale with the electric pulse to check my bodyfat and I just don't really trust it as it always measures higher than the caliper test does. But, at least it gives me a baseline of some kind to measure progress against. Thanks for the information!
That answers the question of where you are posing - it's one of the more interesting backgrounds I've seen at BB.com, and at least a change from the many "bathroom" shots. My training is starting to go better, thanks for asking, I've got some work to do on diet as always, but I'll get there. It's clear to me that your training is going well. I have a question though, how are you checking your bodyfat%? Skin folds?
Hey Mike, great job on your shoulders. That's my target area right now. Do you mind sharing any tips on getting that line where the shoulders tie into the triceps. It stands out in your current avatar photo. Thanks,
yea man i bet it is fun, but im 15 i want to be more into competeing at sometime not pt but i would like some help from a PT. and thanks you to looking great!
nothing much just getting tired of like not haveing a routine and not a diet and stuff i just lifted now im trying to get serious. and your welcome, so how u like being a PT?
I'm sure you'll get there - you are clearly well on your way! Your waist to hip ratio is pretty amazing already and I'm sure that will help a lot when you are ready for the stage. Good luck with your workout over the next few months.
