When I Started: Sep 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I was young and curious and my father had brought me to the gym one day and ever since that day I slowly became more and more dedicated!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love to improve my overall health and lifting makes me feel really good

fenceguy I definitely KNOW that feeling.......BUT you need at least one "cheat" day a week.........but not 2! lol Your body needs to get used to your routine....As long as pick up where you left off........don't go down the bad road again....It's ok.....we are not machines, not perfect......and you know what works best for you......It's all good ! dpaul4553 I'm sorry to hear about the break up - always rough but especially so after so long. Using the weights as a release is a good strategy to get through your initial pain at least. Things are actually going good for me. I'm on vacation right now and getting plenty of cardio (hiking) I'll be back in the gym myself next week! Nov 13, 2009 12:26am
