it was around 8 to 10 is where i kept it at...Almost every meal i had a cheese potato lol....I didnt really watch what i ate or anything mainly meat and potatoes.
something like that!!! I just started eating every 3 hours and ate the right foods! and put on a little fat and as i started building muscle the far started coming off!
I think you could do both depending on what your diet was and is beforehand. If it wasn't very good then you could bulk and cut at the same time due to being new at it. Just eat clean and about 250ish or so over maintenance. Also, I would suggest posting your pics in the Post Your Picture section and ask the same question as there are some smart/knowledgeable guys on there.
I hit the gym, and forced myself to jump rope atleast 30min a day 6 days a week. I went from 210 to 185 (my weight in the picture) over a few months-the picture is over a year old... I've learned a lot since then. I didn't really eat well and had to ease into the jumping, but got there eventually! If you want any help PM me, I'll do what I can.
Yeah, I did unfortunately (emphasis on unfortunately). I upped cals way to high twice and had to pay for it by cutting forever. It is better to stay somewhat lean and eat just a bit over maintenance that way you may only have to cut for a month or so or just continue lean bulking if you haven't gained much bodyfat. I trained mostly Max-OT style.
