How I Started:
Got my first dumbbell on my 13th birthday, 4kg cast-iron. Got a 7 kg one that Christmas. Joined a gym when I was 14 and a half. I worked out all through my youth but I really got into bodybuilding a few years ago.

I get good results from working out. When I see improvement, I work even harder to make them greater.
