Overall Goal:  Lose about 20 lbs and ton back up by end of summer 2009. (Get that pound back off that I picked up this week, 9 lbs to go by April 3rd)

How I Started:
Back in 2000 I was big in to the gym and went 5 to 6 days a week and felt depressed if I missed a workout. I felt like I had become a slave to the gym so I just stopped going and tried to enjoy life. But now I have grown unhappy with my body and it is time to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I still hate it right now, but I have only been back in the gym for a few days. I will let you know once I start loving it once again…
How I Stay Motivated:
I will let you all know in a few weeks.

8 years ago I had a great work out regiment. I weighed 185 and wore a size 32 pants. Now I am 35 have a desk job (Management) and I weigh 203 and wear a size 34 snuggly. I want to take back the last 8 years and look great without my shirt on again!!

Thank you so much, that is my 10 year old boxer "sport"- he has been the best companion ever, I also have a girl boxer, but she didn't feel like being photographed! That is a cool pix of you, I dream of skydiving someday!

Got some motivation from my trainer after my month long break and now he is demanding i kick ass for the next 5 months so I can mop the floor with all the other girls on stage...just jokes! But yes, im feeling the pressure and feeling cool under it. Whats new with you?
