I was tired of being overweight. One day I was taking to one of my friends at work that goes to the gym everyday and he gave me a plan of attack to help start reaching my goals.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment, and feeling the awesome pump after I finish each set.
How I Stay Motivated:
Waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror and seeing an improvement from the previous day. Feeling proud of myself after I finish my workout and knowing i push myself to the max each and everyday.
Thanks for the encouragement Mike. There are changes taking place based on the measuring tape and my lift totals. I guess they are hard to see with the naked eye because everything is still burried under a layer of fat. Can't wait to see what lies under it.

Did legs last Wed - could barely walk up steps until Sunday. Gonna hit them hard agin today.
My weight is staying the same, but my waist is shrinking - good times.

k now i get it thatsounds really good but should we do abs tesday and friday cause we do forearms monday and thursday not that i care what day we do abs
