How I Started:
After a surgery that reconstructed my knee, I gained about 20 pounds. I want to get it off and keep it off, also I would like to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good after a good workout. Stay healthy.

Looking in the mirror, help from my bestfriend and fellow coach Jason.

Im trying to change my sleeping pattern because going to bed at 4am and waking up at 130pm just isnt gunna cut it anymore.  Woke up at 7 today had a small breakfast (2 pieces of toast) i know its prolly not the best but oh well.  Took my Lipo-6 with it and within 20 minutes i was bursting...
