Stress reliever, builds self confidence. Gets you away from real life issues

Hey Mike, going ok thank you. I'm down to 190lbs now, still plenty left to lose but I haven't lost focus. Starting a new routine tomorrow, should be interesting. You clean bulking then?

Mike your training has really helped me. Especially Sunday intense bulking workouts. I was impressed this weekend. I was benching heavy and my girl was spoting me. Its incredible. lol.
