How I Started:
After years of just spirts of working out and not seeing results I turned my attention to build my body and get into better shape/health!
Why I Love It:
It gives me so much energy, after years of being a fat kid, teen and young adult it's great to find some of that energy again!
How I Stay Motivated:
There are a lot of things such as other people, especially on here! The one thing that keeps me going is to build the perfect body and that day when I lose the weight and alter my body fat into lean body mass will be phenomenal! Also the fact that I've always been overweight keeps me going to be better! Bodybuilding.com has helped tremendously with the support and the insight to great workouts & articles!!!

Running a mile under 9 minutes! NASM CPT !!!! Running a mile under 8 minutes! Losing 43 pounds in 2008!!!!

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that Mike. Have you considered you might be fighting something off? That's usually an indication for me. there is a lot of stuff going around this fall unfortunately. I would listen to your body, and not get too concerned in the short term
