Think so? I'm 6'1.5", and this long torso sucks for BBing purposes. I've always had trouble with the squats because of my long legs. I remember being able to bench press more than I could squat for the first two months lol
once again, your lumbar spine is your lower back not your HIPS, so when you say "your curving your lumbar" and i say "your back is curving" THEY ARE THE SAME THING apart from the fact that you decided to specify a certain part of the back and i said the back in general since more than just the lumbar spine was curved
your a complete and udder fool, you are the one that said lumbar spine was bending.
"OP the problem could be a weak core (resulting in lumbar curvature which can cause pain) so train up your lower back, abs and obliques. Also make sure that your Hamstrings are flexibile enough, another possible reason for lumbar curvature." THAT WAS POSTED BY YOU so don't call me an idiot for saying that someone is bending their back...when you said the SAME THING
Mike, I was brought up with the old saying if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say it at all. You rated my friend Shaybell94 with an undeserving mark that is not appreciated. A real man would say sorry. Best of luck to you in your fitness goals. God Bless. Brian
