I am grateful for the body i have. I've always been slim/skinny. I could be unhappy with that, but i'm satisfied with being healthy and having a good foundation for improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gym work gets rid of the stress of the day. BB.com has helped me network for support and motivation. Comments and suggestions have all helped me stay on course for achieving personal best. Seeing the chronology of my progress is huge for me. Without picture documentation i don't think I would appreciate the difference over the past months as much as i do today.

I want to be healthy as I grow older. I have enjoyed good health and strength thus far. At 45 I am paying more attention to diet and exercise. My sons are ripped...and i want to be more ripped than they are. They are good competition! My wife is my inspiration - she works hard at the gym and always makes good food choices. I want to enjoy our time together being as healthy and active as we can be.
