im gona make gettin bigger n stronger my priority. i have the worst luck w gettin hurt in football. 1st it was my knees, then my hand, then last season was my 3 ribs. so im just gona concentrate on liftin seriously for a bit n if footballs there later then we'll see what happens homie

nah not much new really. just ready to get serious bout makin gains brother... however i did stop running and started doin boxing 2x a week for my cardio

im almost 100% healed now. i still cant do decline but i pushed myself today on bench n got 370 so im not too worried about my flat bench. as for the field, i just got back out there last week during our Bye and we have our 1st playoff game on saturday, so we'll see how it goes. goodluck at ur next competition bro, be sure to let me know how it goes

yea i got my ass busted bad. i got led into a safety runnin a post route and i got sandwiched between the FS and the CB... but i played in 2 full games after that and started all 3 games i played in. lol so screw it. how have ur comps been? assuming u winnin. haha

yea im still liftin but i havent been able to create new max's because i had to take a few months off when i broke 3 ribs playin football... i know your still liftin, hows the competing goin?
