I believe in a healthy mix of cardio, weight training and a very clean diet (80-90% of the time). If you have a solid grasp on those 3 fundamentals of health and fitness, then the sky is the limit. When it comes to fitness, there is no magic pills, just hours of sweat, hardwork, genetics and a little luck. Train like its the last time you'll ever be in the gym.

I like a High Protein/Moderate Carb nutrition plan because helps me stay lean, burn fat while still allowing me to grow.
Here is my typical meal plan:
Meal 1: Breakfast: 2 Whole Eggs/4 Whites/ ½ Cup of Oatmeal
Meal 2: Post workout: Whey Protein Shake 30 grams of protein, Rice Cake
Meal 3: Snack: 4 oz of Turkey Breast, 2 cups Mixed Salad
Meal 4: Lunch: Banana/4-5 oz Steak, 2 cups Mixed Salad
Meal 5: Snack: Protein Bar (13 grams of protein)
Meal 6: Dinner: 4-5 oz Chicken, 1 cup mixed veggies
Meal 7: Snack: Casein Protein Shake, 25 grams
