Overall Goal: Body fat is coming down, but my weights consistant sooooo, I'm happy.

How I Started:
I got tired of being either fat or skinny. I got to 270 lbs and i was disgusted. it was time for a change.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me feel. Its a great stress releaver. I get to zone out and listen to my music on my ipod. The reaction from the girls is KINDA cool too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures from when I was a bit chunkier. Its easy for me to stay motivated cause I just feel like I'm at home when I'm in the gym. Also I painted a picture of what I want to look like and that motivates me to.

Goal (Long):
All my life I was either two skinny or overweight. I didn't like how I looked either way. Although I was never picked on in school, nor was I ever in many fights, I've always wanted to be super fit and in shape. One day I walked infront of a mirror and decided that that was it. I was tired of my body looking like ****. So I slowly started working out. The more I worked out the more I got into it, and I goals got bigger and better and harder. Then I went to cancun and I seen the reaction that the girls gave the guys with the "beach bodies" and I loved it. I wanted that same reaction.
Now my goal is to be 225-230 at about 9% body fat, 19-20 inch arms. I'd like my shoulder width to be 52inches waist 33inches and quads 27 inches.
After a serious year and a half of hitting the gym hard, I decided to take a week off. Over the week I felt bigger...like I put on some muscle mass, and people told me I was looking jacked. So today was my first day back, and I used a new full body routine. What a freaking killer!!! I...
Whats up man. yea i'm cutting right now. i'm goning to be cutting the next four weeks. Then i'm going to stay as lean as possible for another four after that. September its back on though!!
