I started off after wanting to lose weight. I weighed about 235 pounds by the time I graduated high school, and just naturally lost about ten pounds of that during my first semester of college. Then I started woking out with one of my best friends Jared (that's actually how we got to know one another). After a couple of months I was so Impressed with the results I was seeing I kept it up... I'm Pretty much addicted by now.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump during a workout, the outlet for intensity while I'm lifting, and the results that I'm seeing... I went from being the fat kid to the fit kid... And I really love it when I see old high school classmates and they don't recognize me!
How I Stay Motivated:
My biggest motivation (And my biggest reason for critisizm) is just looking in the mirror. I love the extra confidence that I have now, and I never want my body to end up anywhere near where I started.

Glad to hear that man! I'm doing pretty well. I just recovered from an upper back injury, so I am trying to get back on track. Just finished an intense leg workout yesterday and now I seriously can't walk! Going up and down stairs is an absolute nightmare! Haha
