I've been doing 5 days a week. I love doing 6 days though. This last week I did 3 days, and I'm supposed to do 3 days next week too, but I may just have to do more, we'll see.

I have wrist wraps on my gloves, they help, but I'd rather just get rid of the problem all together instead of just getting pain relief while I lift.

Thanks man. I've taken a few different test. boosters. The best one in my opinion and many others is Gaspari Nutrition's Novadez XT. That's supposed to multiply your natural test. levels by 600%, which is the legal limit.

Yeah, I've been doing pretty well this last week. I could do a little better but I've been keeping away from the fast food, eating a lot of steak, turkey and chicken.
