Goal (Long):
Starting at 480 lbs 3/1/06
Hoping to get down to around 250 lbs.
I was 270lbs and skinny w/ no muscle 5 years ago so I'm not sure what I'll be at once I lose the weight this time since I will have much more muscle.
My weight training is geared towards DiscGolf which involves mostly upper body. ATM I'm BBing Saturday and Wednsday. The other 5 days I play discgolf(hiking) or another random form of cardio.
My first goal is to get to 360lbs by the New Year. That gives my 5lbs a week to lose.
