We all have our first places and our last places, but for me, my major accomplishment is being able to meet and get to know so many great people in the sport I love.
So far I have been staying within ten lbs of my contest weight by simply and I mean simply lol calorie cycling. Basically I eat a low calorie diet through the week, around 2200 cals with my macros about 50% C, 25% P and 25% F and when the weekend gets here I eat anything I want. ANYTHING lol !...
The high light of my day? Is when you told me I could do shows. Me and my friends are like wow! when we see you on BS. So I had to let them know what you said.lol They were like duh Titus. We think the same thing. But your encourage has driven me to work harder, so thanks Mike.^_^ And like I said, your physique looks so good that it don't look real. You look like my old G.I. Joes. And your lower back looks like a Christmas tree.lol
I maintain that your Dec 17, 2007 double bi shot is one of the most all around outstanding/amazing arm pics. The delts/upperarms/forearms are simply beyond belief!

Today you just lifted hard and left. I don't even remember seeing you do cardio. Hell, write a nutrition manual for all of us fat bastards.lol
