So far I have been staying within ten lbs of my contest weight by simply and I mean simply lol calorie cycling. Basically I eat a low calorie diet through the week, around 2200 cals with my macros about 50% C, 25% P and 25% F and when the weekend gets here I eat anything I want. ANYTHING lol !...
