I started working out whan I was 16 years old with a friend at the local YMCA.
Why I Love It:
I love working out. Even though I am a big guy, I love the feel of moving around the weights. I still have a lot of fat and struggle with losing the weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I rty to go on a daily basis. I want to look like many of the guys that I see in M&F and Flex. Also, I turned 35 and know that I need to get into better shape for my health.
I am a big guy, but I desperately need to shed some fat, 60lbs by Febuary 07
Goal (Long):
I am trying to lose weight by backing off the heavy weights and upping my cardio frequency. I am switching to a three day weights/3day cardio regimen to see if i can make it happen
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 60 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
