How I Started:
I got started through my sport as it became more than just a hobby. I needed to improve my physical fitness to compete at a higher level.
Why I Love It:
The feeling it gives me when you finish a session and know you have made positive improvements.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture of myself from two years ago in the Med. The size of my belly was horribe!! I use that to keep myself going.

Well i've finally decided to go for it. I've been one of those people that talk about sorting my body out for months but for one reason or another always find excuses!! My inspiration has come from a guy i play rugby with who is 20 years older than me. He was dangerously over weight for years...
