Basic Dieting 101, If It Fits Your Macros.
I aim for 2.5g/kg LBM Protein, 1g/kg LBM Fat and fill up the remaining calories with carbohydrates.
Personally I like to split up my meals into 6 roughly equal portions and eat them at 3 hourly intervals. This is not necessary or beneficial, only personal preference.
