I played sports all my life. I was physically active all the time. I played college football and baseball and I always wanted to be big. I never really got real serious about eating right and lifting till now.
Why I Love It:
I have developed a drive and passion to transform my body and push it to limits it has never been before. I want to look great, eat healthy, and be the best me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out and running is my outlet for everything. I have been through some rough times in the last 2 years. That is motivation enough plus JAMIE EASON has inspired me.
