its about water inside the muscle. No water...no grow. If you muscles are fully hydrated you can grow on the bare minimum. Also you stay leaner. If you eat mega cals you get super hydrated, but you also get fat and water logged. Inside the muscle is clean. Waxy maize pre and post with say M5 is a great way to hydrate intracellularly. I mean look at my progress pics. Without a doubt I put on clean weight. Faster than most guys do with Prohormones.

damn man 210! Amazing. My shoulder is getting better. I hit shoulder ( light) for the first time in 3 months. Felt good. weak, but good. I am sitting around 270, but no abs right now, lol. Lost a bunch witht he injury, but I am harder, and fuller than normal so I know I will bounce back!!

You have to take into account 3 things. Muscular Hydration, Hormones, and Recovery/Immune Health. If you are hydrated inside the muscle you need less to grow. If you moderate Cortisol ( stress hormones) and maximize free test) you are more likely to grow and stay leaner. Lastly, the immune system is king. Keep it happen, and you are in for fast gains, and healthy joints! Counting calories isn't my game anymore, until its cut time. Check out M5, P6, and R3 at c e l l u c o r .com

Cell-ucor is hands down the best stuff around.I wouldnt work for them otherwise. Ive been offered quite a few jobs selling supps, and even more money, but for stuff I didnt believe in, and I turned them down to stay with my true love, haha. Hit the website up, and call up the 1-866 number ( ********.com) Tell them Mike U. said to send you out some samples. Just write a review on your page.... I rely pretty heavily on the weight loss line from C.e.l.l.u.c.o.r. T7 and Nzero are my main stays. When I am looking to get below 10%, and I will run D4 extreme if I am any higher than that. Cardio wise - I will do 3 days a week. HIIT sessions on the bike, eliptical, or cybex machine. I will do 20-30 mins on the stairmaster. Diet is the most important part. I got my diet from fitnesspoynters.com. Steve is an awesome guy! (stevep78) Fornifitness.com did my photoshoot prep

yea its all about time under tension. You need to squeeze the chest muscles on all exercises. If you can't contract the muscle you aren't doing the proper exercise. I suggest presses where you wind up palm in at the top. Cable fly's and or pec deck. Also, Keep your shoulder blades pinched ( retract teh subscap) and focus on chest only!
