Soccer since I was 5. Then track and field in High School. At 6'6" soccer wasnt my cup of tea, and I took up High Jump, and sprinting. From growing so tall it was obvious I needed to hit the gym. It all started with a Natural Bodybuilder for a Track Coach. Since then, my life has been revolved around Health, Fitness, and Improving Quality of Life for people. I left Retail Managment for a job with ******** because I know I can make a larger impact, and difference in this one product line, than with the 3000 sku's I used to sell.
At the end of the day its all about Results. Time, Energy, and Money all need to equal RESULTS. That's why I do what I do for myself, and everyone else I help.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins, energy, motivation, soreness, and pain ( lets me know Im alive). There is also a bond that you can make with your workout partners that very little else forms in life. With all the desk jobs and sickness in the country its about time everyone starts to take control of their health.
How I Stay Motivated:
My job forces me to look in the mirror everyday. Would you hire a fat personal trainer? Would you work with a motivational coach or life coach who looks like ****!....I know I wouldn't so I better sell myself to sell the best product on the market. I am no slacker. Working for a phenomenal supplement company keeps a fire lit under my ass 24-7!!
BB Accomplishments:
1lb a week for 32 weeks straight. 225lbs to 255lbs ( with a loss in BF%)

Shoulder is still 60-70% ...been bulkin hard. Trying to keep muscle at the cost of some fat. Arms have def. blow up a bit. Having some fat feels good after the long lean summer, lol.

Goal (Long):
I want to obliterate any signs of Chronic Fatigue that still haunt me. I want to never drink more than 2-3 drinks in a week. I want to have a 6-pack year round, but eat well enough to enjoy life. Since I hit 270 (at 11%) my new goal is 280 at 7-8% by the end of summer. Also, to get back to a 36 waist ( I am a 38/39 now). That way I can wear some of my clothes again!!! Getting big is expensive!!
Update: I hit all those goals...PLUS!!
Now I am 285 at 14% bf in my winter bulk. Going to 290, and then cutting to 265 for summer.
Im currently being trained by Stevep78...his workouts and diets are INSANE!!! Also, he knows how to weave Cellucor so nicely into his regimens! Just look at this guy!! Lookin all Rocky 4!!! hehe.....He is like a piece of steel!
I did legs with Colton and survived!!! Just look at this guy!! Screw being like Mike....I want to be like Colton. Oh yeah....being sponsored by Cellucor has a certain bias for me!! haha

M5 and Nzero are my staples. They have replaced coffee for me, but I can't say I do not stop at Starbucks every so often. Iced Coffee is the way to go, haha. D4 thermal shock I use for all nighters ( i try not to do that, but it happens sometimes). D4 is my thermogenic of choice, but happens to be the smoothest, no crash, energy pill I have ever used.M5 and Nzero are my staples. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
having a great female at your side, and when you job depends on your physical and mental well beings its easy to stay motivated. Staying healthy and injury free is key to that.

They dont really see it as a lifestyle. Just a hobby that pays bills.
Great job bro. Way to rep for the tall guys. I did not get to finish my Poynter fitness plan because of military obligations. I am going to give it another shot though. I want to cut up for summer too. I swear there are abs somewhere under my belly.

ehh... i see people call you big mike which makes me comfertable asking you my question. im 20 years old 160 LBS. on a bulk looken to reach 170+ for the first time but i fear taking in only enough cals to maintain and not grow right now im on 4000 a day with at least 30 grams of protein per meal. but its hard to sthomach almost every single day , would i be able to take in less and still grow? id love your output thanks for the time ... Hey man thanks. I just finished the first Extreme mass stack and Im starting on the next. I love Celluc0r. After this stack ends I am looking for a stack to harden the muscle gained from the two, and then a weight loss stack to make it all shine. What do you recommend?
