thanks man i do 3-4 sets and 4-12 reps besides a warm up at the start but my workout charges everyweek but i always hit just standing curls to warm up the bi at like 20 reps jsut one set then db preacher curls, straight bar curls, hammers curls, and i really like using cables
Try not to go to failer. do 80% of max 5 sets 4 reps for 2 weeks then go 90% of max 5 sets 2 reps for 2 weeks. follow each barbell benchpress with light dumbbell work. i was stuck at 250 max for over a year. i did this routine over the last month. Added 25 lbs to my max. Now i'm doing all incline work for a while. Main this keep the body guessing. Good luck
